A huge welcome to you dear soul,

You are here because your soul led you to this path.

Whether you have come because of challenging circumstances, difficulty with emotions or you just want to grow and develop your self discovery in a more deeper, richer way then you are in the right place.

With our courses some come with the need for emotional compassion and simply the need to be seen and heard. Some come because they have suppressed or numbed their emotions to a point that they feel they have no safe place to land. In turn those emotions have become stuck inside and no matter what you have tried they are still stuck there.

Our belief is to free from that feeling of being stuck or numb you first need to learn to feel or relearn how to feel. You will learn it is totally ok to feel. Not only is it totally ok to feel but necessary to feel and acknowledge the full gambit of emotions without judgment. In doing so you may find deep healing and discover who you really are. To heal you as an adult we first need to heal the inner child, or the wounded child or the young child that simply lost trust and faith in who they were a long time ago.

This takes courage, and at times opens up a whole world of vulnerability for some. This can be uncomfortable and emotional. It may not be for some, it may be for others. During our time together it would be beneficial to be prepared to be open and willing to go a little deeper into your soul enquiry. This is where your answers really lie - within your heart and within your soul.

In doing the inner work we can find ways to release pain both physically and emotionally, or remove limits and socialized boundaries that no longer serve us. We can be empowered to relearn our emotional home and at times it may not be easy but hey! what true reward ever comes easy. This reward I promise will be not only empowering to your future life as a human being, it will also engage you to be more conscious in your soul. You will find beauty there that you may not have considered before. You will find you and you are beautiful just as you are.

During our time my promise to you is that I will honour and respect your vulnerability, your real and rawness, your courage to be open and your strength to inquire. I will honour your endeavours and guide you with all I have. I will hold space for you. During our time I will talk about many things that may support you on your journey and will also acknowledge this is purely your journey and you own it - no one else can walk this path for you.

What I won't do though is allow you to stay unravelled and stuck in a rut or have you feel unheard or unseen. I will encourage you to shine from your pains and/or learn and take actions. Some techniques I will share among many are the R.A.I.N Technique and also using aromatherapy for emotional anchoring. I also use aromatherapy to support and comfort during shifting of emotions that may be stuck.

My purpose and intention is to provide you with a sounding board, a non judgmental space to bring it all together in one place.
