As a mum, Holistic Health Coach and Founder of Savvy Soul Effect and Oily Soul I am energetic and passionate about helping men and women reconnect following burnout, stress, anxiety, overwhelm or depression, or simply those seeking to transform their soul.
Coming from a corporate background I know full well what it looks and feels like to literally hit a wall and feel like there is no clarity or way forward.
I fully believe that to heal we first need to learn how to deeply feel - particularly creating self awareness and shifting focus from stuck to savvy - to what you really want. By adopting a strategy of using small actions or steps I encourage profound change and transformation.
My coaching can be intuitive at times and is also supported by "Soulistics" - a combination of Holistic Health and Soul Savvy Techniques.

Can I get a refund if I have to cancel my coaching sessions.
If the cancellation is outside 7 days of the scheduled appointment then a 50% refund will be offered.
If the cancellation is within 7 days of the scheduled appointment then the full fee is non refundable.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to attend your coaching session - this is booked directly into my calendar via calendly and scheduled via a zoom call. Please make sure you have zoom installed and ready to go for your call. Should you be late for your call on the day the call duration may be shortened as other sessions may be back to back with yours. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause however this is to make sure we respect the times for all coaching participants.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
